Jennifer received her BFA from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2002. For post baccalaureate study, Jennifer attended Rochester Institute of Technology’s School for American Crafts from August 2002 until June 2003. In the summer of 2003, she was awarded the Eric Myhre Scholarship and summer resident position at the Archie Bray Foundation. In 2006, Jennifer received her MFA in ceramics from Indiana University. Following graduate school, she was awarded the 2006-2007 Taunt Fellowship to return to the Archie Bray Foundation. During the 2008 NCECA Conference, Jennifer was recognized as a 2008 NCECA Emerging Artist. Recently, Jennifer was the 2008-2009 Myer Fellow Resident Artist at West Virginia University. She currently teaches drawing classes at West Virginia University and keeps a studio.
