Marc Digeros grew up in a northern suburb of Minneapolis. He received his BFA from the University of Minnesota, his MFA from the University of Washington Seattle, and was the first recipient of a Taunt Fellowship at the Archie Bray Foundation in Helena, MT. He has taught at California State University, Northridge, CSU Long Beach, and the University of Southern California. The bright colors and construction of his pots are incredibly dynamic. Using red clay slabs, Digeros shapes the curve of a cup or teapot with press molds. In 2000, Marc moved to Los Angeles where he works full time as Frank Gehry’s model shop manager.
