• Images of the piece(s) with brief artist biography.
• A delivery time-line for the pieces submitted, and whether or not the artist is able to re-stock the same item.
• Contact information for the artist, including a daytime phone number, website link if applicable, and shipping address.
• Dimensions of work submitted for review.  Whether the work is unique or part of a limited edition.  Number of similar pieces available.
• Retail price for the work.
• Date available for shipping to Red Star Studios.
